Certificate of Analysis
Every Batch,
Tested and Verified
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is your proof that the medication you receive has been independently tested and meets strict quality standards. Every batch of compounded treatment is tested for:
- Potency -- correct active ingredient concentration
- Purity -- free from contaminants and impurities
- Sterility -- where applicable, confirmed free from microbial contamination
Batch Number Lookup
Every medication includes a batch number on its label. Use this number to request the full Certificate of Analysis for your specific formulation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quality & Safety FAQ
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued after laboratory testing of a compounded medication batch. It confirms the medication meets specifications for potency (correct dose), purity (free from contaminants), and sterility (where applicable). Every batch we dispense has an associated COA.
How do I know my skincare treatment is safe?
Every formulation goes through a multi-step quality process: pharmaceutical-grade ingredients are sourced from licensed suppliers, compounded by trained pharmacists in controlled environments, tested by independent laboratories, and only released after passing all quality checks. A licensed dermatologist reviews every prescription before dispensing.
Can I request the COA for my medication?
Yes. Every medication you receive includes a batch number on the label. You can request the Certificate of Analysis for your specific batch through your patient portal or by contacting our support team.
What happens if a batch fails testing?
If any batch fails to meet our quality specifications during testing, it is immediately quarantined and destroyed. It is never dispensed to patients. A new batch is compounded and must pass all tests before release.
Are compounded skincare treatments as effective as branded products?
Compounded formulations use the same pharmaceutical-grade active ingredients as branded products, often at higher concentrations tailored specifically to your needs. The key advantage is personalisation -- your dermatologist can adjust the formulation to your exact skin type, condition, and tolerance.
What if I experience irritation or a quality concern?
Contact our clinical team immediately through the patient portal or support line. We take every report seriously. Your dermatologist will assess the situation, and if there is any concern about a batch, it will be investigated and tested again.
