1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VitalNoor's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. VitalNoor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
VitalNoor provides online telehealth services connecting patients with licensed clinicians. Our services may include asynchronous assessments, diagnosis-aware treatment planning, prescriptions where appropriate, pharmacy coordination, and ongoing care management across supported markets.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. Users between 16 and 18 require parental or guardian consent where required by law. You must reside in a market where VitalNoor currently offers services, and you must provide accurate and complete health information during your consultation.
4. Medical Disclaimer
VitalNoor facilitates access to licensed clinicians but is not itself a substitute for emergency or in-person care. Medical advice and prescriptions are provided by individual treating clinicians through our platform. In case of medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Our services are not a substitute for in-person medical examination where clinically indicated.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. One account per person; account sharing is prohibited.
6. Payments and Refunds
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes. Refund requests for the first month are honoured within 30 days of initial purchase. Refunds for subsequent months are considered on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Prescriptions and Pharmacy
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating clinician. Medications may be dispensed or fulfilled by licensed pharmacy partners depending on your market. Prescription medications are generally non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. You must disclose all current medications and allergies to your clinician.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and technology on the VitalNoor platform are owned by or licensed to VitalNoor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. The VitalNoor name, logo, and brand elements are registered trademarks.
9. Limitation of Liability
VitalNoor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law in your jurisdiction.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting VitalNoor entity serving your market, subject to any mandatory local consumer or healthcare protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
